PAYMENT
  • All the transactions are in Euro

 LOGIN

  • Registering on www.retroposebags.com will allow you to create an account where you can see all your orders and pre-orders and go through a faster check-out process for your next purchase. Once you become a registered user, you will just need to click on Login at the top right of the home page to access your account.

NEWSLETTER

  • You can subscribe to our newsletter in the home page. By subscribing you will be periodically kept up to date with our events and exclusive sales. The subscription can be cancelled any time.

ORDERS

  • To place an order, add one or more items to the cart and proceed to the check-out. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with all the information you need to track your parcel. Please note that, after the order has been completed, it is not possible to change its details or the delivery address.

    Please ensure that your order and your personal details are both correct before ending the purchase process.

  • All the products on this website are sold following the order of arrival of the purchase requests.

    The item you select is not reserved when it is added to your cart. Every item is reserved for 5 minutes only when the check-out process has started in order to give you the time to complete the purchase process.

  • If the item you are interested in is out of stock, you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive a notification when the item becomes available again or, alternatively, you can get in touch with us at info@retropose.com

PRE-ORDERS

  • We offer to all our Customers the opportunity to pre-order some of the products shown in our online shop www.retroposebags.com

    Sold out products are clearly marked and during this time, the sale of that product is suspended.

    Pre-orders allow us to guarantee the delivery of the product within the indicated time and avoid any possible delay due to high demand or sale of all stock.

    The procedure to place a pre-order is the same of the purchasing process, including the immediate charge of the entire payment.

    By placing a pre-order, the Customer explicitly accepts to receive the desired product after a 20 days limit, notwithstanding the current regulations (Art. 54, Clause 1 of Legislative Decree n.206 dated 6th September 2005).

    The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, therefore the indicated delivery time is approximate and it is subject to further variations depending on the material supply.

  • All Retropose products are handmade in a craft laboratory using only high quality materials. Each object is unique, for us difference is an added value.
